GTA Companion is an independent companion app and strategy guide for GTA Online players. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.

1. GTA Companion Pro Subscription

GTA Companion Pro provides access to enhanced planning tools, advanced progress tracking, and protected web/PWA features. Pro access is tied to your registered email account.

The Pro web subscription does not include native in-app purchases or store subscriptions for the Google Play Store or Apple App Store versions, which are governed and billed separately by their respective platforms.

2. Pricing and Billing

The base subscription price is $4.99 USD per month or $49.99 USD per year, billed in advance. Final charges, applicable taxes, and currency conversion are displayed clearly in Stripe Checkout before payment confirmation.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. No mid-period plan switching or automatic proration is supported; changing plans requires cancelling your current renewal and selecting the new plan once the paid period concludes.

7-day trial

Eligible accounts can try Pro for seven days with a payment card. One trial is available per account without a previous paid Pro subscription. Checkout shows the selected monthly or yearly price and first billing date before you confirm. No subscription fee is charged at the start of the trial.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected subscription starts automatically and your saved payment method is charged $4.99 USD per month or $49.99 USD per year, as confirmed in Checkout. Cancel in Manage subscription on your account page. Cancelling renewal during the trial keeps access until its original end and avoids the first subscription charge. Immediate cancellation ends access.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

You can manage your subscription and cancel automatic renewal at any time via the Customer Portal on your account page. Upon cancellation, your Pro access remains fully active until the end of your verified prepaid billing period.

For billing assistance, refund requests, or inquiries, please contact our support team at support@gtacompanion.net with your account email and transaction reference. Do not include payment card numbers or one-time sign-in links in communications.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Cancelling renewal and exercising a statutory right of withdrawal are separate actions. Where a right of withdrawal applies, contact support@gtacompanion.net within the applicable period. Starting a free trial does not automatically waive that right. Identify your account and subscription and state clearly that you wish to withdraw; no particular form is required. We help resolve access issues and forward payment refund requests to the Merchant of Record.

To report an unavailable or non-conforming service, contact support@gtacompanion.net with your account email, the problem and requested remedy. We respond to complaints within 14 days. Mandatory remedies, including conformity, price reduction or withdrawal where applicable, remain available.

Apple and Google Play subscriptions

On iPhone, Apple presents the localized price and billing terms before confirmation. Manage or cancel renewal in Apple subscriptions; for refunds, use Apple’s refund request service. Android subscriptions are managed in Google Play. The web Customer Portal does not manage store subscriptions.

Cancelling renewal keeps access until the verified paid period ends. Expiry or a refund may end access; any billing grace period lasts only as confirmed by the store. Deleting an app account does not cancel renewal. Restore purchases while signed in to the original GTA Companion account, including when new subscriptions are unavailable.

4. Privacy and Data

Your privacy and account data are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
