Delete your GTA Companion account

In the iPhone or Android app, open Pro, sign in to the account you want to delete, then choose Delete account. Read the confirmation and submit your request directly in the app. You do not need to email support to initiate it. The app shows the processing time and a reference for your request. You can check its status in the same screen.

We process account deletion requests manually and send confirmation when deletion is complete. Your account and associated personal data will be removed, except records we are legally required to retain as explained in the privacy policy. Free checklist progress and preferences stored on your phone are not removed by a server account deletion request.

If you cannot access your account, contact support@gtacompanion.net for help with ownership verification.

If you have a Google Play subscription, cancel it in Google Play to stop future charges. Deleting the GTA Companion account does not cancel billing in Google Play. Tell us if you cannot access the account email so support can arrange another verification method.

If you purchased on iPhone, manage or cancel renewal with Apple. Deleting your GTA Companion account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel renewal separately before requesting deletion if you want to stop future charges.
